Coop Compis

Coop Compis is a website developed for Coop Øst to simplify employee sharing across their 120+ stores. The system allows store managers to post available shifts, and employees can browse and reserve them.

Store managers at Coop expressed the stress of calling around for employees to fill shifts on short notice. Our solution lets managers post available shifts that employees can reserve themselves, while providing an overview of both internal and external workers, as well as stores across Coop Øst.

Wireframe

Early in the process, we mapped the core user flows in wireframes so store managers could publish shifts clearly and employees could browse and claim them without friction.

Prototype

After validating the core structure, we developed an interactive prototype to refine navigation and test how employees, shifts, and store views should work together in real use.

Final solution

Since the prototype solved the key flow issues, we moved into the final Coop Compis build and delivered a clearer, more complete interface for staffing across multiple stores.
